To make this soup, you will need the following list of items:

  • Chop and thaw 2 cups of frozen broccoli
  • 1-onion chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 cups of vegetable broth
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2-tablespoons of butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
